Hi :) I'm 16 and I'm currently at 6th form studying A levels. I'm interested in Psychology as a career and have looked into Neuroscience. I've found some Universities that offer a Psychology and Neuroscience combined course as I think this may be more interesting rather than just 'Psychology' which at the moment just seems a bit vague as to what I will be studying... I'm not sure what is the best path or what type of jobs I could do with Psychology on its own or the two combined. Any advice?

If I were you I’d go to a neuroscience/psych program in which you can do both. Some programs are more focused towards the hard science which will be to your advantage should you choose to pursue a PhD in Neuroscience afterwards. If I were you I’d do anything but limit my options to just psychology. Check out the curriculum for the schools before you apply and think about what classes you’re excited about and what kind of things you would like to learn. Don’t worry too much about it though because your PhD training will become a more integral part of your academic development than your B.S. Think about your B.S. as being to foundation and one of the vehicles that will get you to your next academic milestone.
